I hurt my shoulder in an accident and attended for physio with Oisín in Total Performance Physio. He worked wonders for my shoulder and I got my range back very quickly. The location in Lucan was so convenient too, with parking right outside. I would highly recommend.

I recently attended three physiotherapy sessions with Oisín after injuring my knee while bending down, and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. He took the time to really listen, thoroughly investigated the issue, and focused on what I wanted to achieve. Each session built naturally on the last, and the follow-up messages and excellent app kept me motivated between visits. A fantastic physiotherapist—highly recommended!

I went to Oisin after the Dublin Marathon with foot and hip issues and I genuinely cannot say enough good things about him. Oisin is excellent at what he does, professional, extremely knowledgeable and one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. From the very first session he took the time to properly understand my problems and explain everything clearly on what I needed to do and this gave me huge confidence throughout the process. Thanks to Oisin, I am now back on track, pain free and running again, which I honestly did not think would happen so quickly. I cannot thank him enough and I will be recommending Oisin to absolutely everyone I talk to. Thanks again Oisin!

Oisin provided truly exceptional service and care throughout my recovery. I came to him with a significant hamstring tear that I feared would sideline me for a significant period. Not only did he guide me through a structured, evidence-based rehab program, but he also took the time to explain the 'why' behind every exercise. Thanks to his expertise, I’m back to performing at my absolute best—stronger and more confident than before the injury. I cannot recommend him highly enough for anyone serious about their recovery
